Minton Innovation Solutions (MIS)

A veteran- owned small business serving companies with business development, contracting, acquisition, and proposal expertise with as-needed support.

MIS brings more than 30+ years of commercial and government expertise within the Intelligence Community (IC) and across the Department of Defense
(DoD). MIS has extensive experience within the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and unique knowledge of many types of contracts across the DoD, Services, and Agencies,
including simplified contracts (Other Transactional Agreements, Broad Agency Announcements, Commercial Solutions Offerings, SBIR/STTR Programs, R&D Initiatives,
etc.).

With the latest changes in the United States Government policies, there is a very strong push across all agencies and services to utilize these simplified contracts more frequently to rapidly deploy new technologies, business processes, and innovation.

Due to the latest push from USG policy makers, MIS is offering companies a specific package to provide business development assistance for the next 12 months on companies as needed basis, that allows MIS to directly support business development activities and assist companies in growing in existing and new mission areas.
